Pipet service

The HCI-Shop offers a pipet service for calibration and repair. We accept pipets of any brand. Pipets service will usually take approximately two to three weeks.

Pipet works below CHF 150.- (single channel) or CHF 300.- (multichannel) will be performed automatically. More expensive repairs will be performed only after consultation.

Procedure

· Please drop off pipet(s) together with completed pipet repair form at the HCI-Shop.
  Forms are also available in print at HCI-Shop.

 · In general, pipets will be picked up for repair on Mondays.

 · You will be informed about return and pickup by email.

 · Please then pick up pipets at HCI-Shop.

 · You will receive a calibration certificate.

 · Charges will be added to your HCI-Shop card.

 · Please keep box for next repair service.
